We're looking for an Executive Creative Director to champion that mission by leading the entire creative and weekend experience of Ascent Church. This is a high-capacity leader who can carry the vision of the Lead Pastor and translate it into engaging, distraction-free, Christ-centered experiences across every environment.
This role is equal parts visionary, strategist, and builder. You'll oversee our worship, production, communications, and creative teams while developing leaders, building healthy systems, and creating a culture where excellence serves ministry—not the other way around.
This is a full-time leadership position based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, reporting directly to the Lead Pastor.

We're looking for a creative, strategic, and highly collaborative Social Media Manager + Content Creator to lead that work — someone who can capture what's happening across Ascent and turn it into content that helps people take a real next step toward Jesus, and then turn around and help someone else do the same.
This role is part storyteller, part strategist. You'll be behind the camera one minute and behind the analytics dashboard the next. If you love finding the story in the moment and know how to tell it in a way that actually connects, we want to meet you.

We are looking for an A-Kids Coordinator who is passionate about creating a fun, safe, engaging, environment where children can experience the love of Jesus. This role will help lead the day-to-day operations of our children’s ministry through leading volunteers, supporting families, and coordinating ministry environments, and ensuring activities align with the church's vision and values.
This is a full-time position based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, reporting directly to the Next Gen Director.
